While I purchased two pieces, one piece made it fine but the other did not. This was relatively inexpensive and not worth the hassel of either of us to go through the process. I will happily keep the one piece that made it through the mail and look for a replacement for the broken one. The seller did offer a refund, but by the time this was all said and done it would have cost them more for the return shipping than they made through the sale. I'm happy with the unbroken item.
