Warranty: Suncore Industries limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period. Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but beforethe warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period. When a product is found to be defective, Suncore Industries will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement part to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or shipment back to the manufacturer. Note: Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed. If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, Suncore Industries will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver or suitable UPS facility for return shipment. Failure to return the requested product will result in denial of current warranty claim. All returned products must be accompanied by an approved RMA number provided by Suncore Industries. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of any product in question. Suncore's Air Springs are a perfect replacement for your auto leveling suspension, maintaining the smooth air ride you have become accustomed to. If your vehicle sags or bottoms out, your air springs may not be maintaining air pressure and need to be replaced quickly. If leaks are present in the air spring, the air compressor will overwork itself to try and maintain your vehicles height, causing it to burn out and break down. Other causes of air spring failure include overextending, which can pull the top plate away from the bellows, corrosion of the bellows often due to grease or other chemicals, and abrasions caused by rubbing against debris or another part of the vehicle. Maintaining and replacing your air springs will keep that comfortable air ride suspension lasting longer and working at its peak, leaving you and your passengers more relaxed and safe on the open road.
