I just want to say how incredible this seller is. I purchased an item from him which was labeled "left," Upon arrival, it turned out to be for the "right" side of the car. What makes this story unbelievable, is that the manufacturer's sticker clearly states "L." A less honorable merchant could have said, "Sorry, We were both misled by the manufacturer." This seller offered me a return (although the return deadline had already closed) AND a 100% REFUND!! There aren't too many like him.
The shipping was as promised came before expected. The packaging was like they were shipping fine china. I was extremely pleased with the condition of the steering wheel. it was much better that I expected. Better than as described! great value!!!! I will seek this seller out first the next time I need parts
Ordered this part and when we received it, it was the incorrect one. The seller was fantastic. Apologized and immediately sent out a replacement unit and a label to return the incorrect one. The one we received worked well and took care of our issue. I would buy from this seller again, great servcie.
