I purchased from this seller and they shipped quickly, unfortunately the FedEx driver delivered on a rainy day and tossed my package on the driveway behind the gate. The package was behind my car whereas I didn’t see it” if I was to back out I would probably run over it, & that’s exactly what happened. I messaged the seller and explained to what had just happened, the seller apologize and shipped me another battery tender no problem. I appreciate this and will buy again from him.
