Eventhough the product I received didn't work and I was given a full refund; I am still leaving a positive review for the Customer Service provided by the Seller. They replied to to my issue and provided resolve promptly. The product that I ordered was defective from manufacturer which the Seller wouldn't know; but their customer service was appreciated. I received the bumper for my 2004 Ford F150 (new body style) very quickly after placing my order. It looked like the correct bumper, but did not fit and the 6 bolt holes were missing. The bolt holes were shown in the listing picture, so I believe I received a later year model bumper. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me a return label and I received a full refund.
