This item was accurately described, packaged well, shipped promptly, & arrived w/ minor but correctible damage that clearly occurred during transit. I notified the Seller immediately & received a prompt response, who was engaged & willing to work together on a mutual resolution. A minor replacement part was ordered & the unit restored to its full function & use. With the Seller being excellent & professional to work with, & nothing but a pleasure to do business with. Product came as described and shown in the pictures. Shipping was pretty quick and free which is what ultimately led me to purchasing from this buyer. Packaging was good and nothing appeared to be damaged. I wish the response time to my questions were just a little quicker. Most questions I had were responded to in a few hours to 12+ hours, which wasn’t a deal breaker because they did make sure to answer all of my questions. Overall, this seller was great!
Item exactly as described, packaged very well and arrived completely intact. Popped the old broken part out and the new part in and it works perfectly. Very satisfied with this purchase, it saved me about $400 CAD from the over $500 quote I got from the dealership to fix it. Would purchase from here again if they have a part I need. Shipping cost was reasonable considering it came from US to Canada at $22 and it took about a week to get here.
