There was damage in shipping. The corner of fender is bent back. This was not mentioned in the description. Packed in a box with no bubble wrap or wood to stiffen box on an easily bent item. Box arrived crushed by a couple inches, which obviously bent the fender inside and paint directly wearing against cardboard chipped paint. Certainly NOT worth the value paid given either the description was inaccurate or there was damage during shipping due to the poor packaging. We need our money back!
I love when someone under-promises and over-delivers. Item description said faded. No fading that I could see. Mubor scratches, noted in description. Package was wrapped extremely well, I think it could have been dropped from a 3rd story window and still be fine. 6 days for shipping, but it was free!! Item cleaned up well, was as described, and functions properly. Highly recommend. Note enclosed was reassuring, indicated interest in my satisfaction. Much appreciated, but we are aces in my book.
This item was accurately described, packaged well, shipped promptly, & arrived w/ minor but correctible damage that clearly occurred during transit. I notified the Seller immediately & received a prompt response, who was engaged & willing to work together on a mutual resolution. A minor replacement part was ordered & the unit restored to its full function & use. With the Seller being excellent & professional to work with, & nothing but a pleasure to do business with. Highly Recommend!!!
