This was my first purchase on eBay and it was a fantastic experience. Not only did I get a phenomenal price on the differential for my Edge, but the assembly was in great shape. I've worked in dealerships and repair shops so I had some concerns, but I didn't want to spend 1400 on a new unit for a car with 133,000 miles. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again. Shipping was fast and well packaged.
The product was exactly as described. The seller did verify if the product would fit before processing the sale by requesting the vin. I liked that to make sure of no returns. Wasn't a fan of the shipping cost but I get it. Overall, was happy with the purchase and now I can wear a seatbelt again in my wife's car as a passenger lol.
Works great, communication was also very good. My order arrived when it was supposed to, which was a surprise as I was having some tracking issues on UPS. Seller also made sure the part matched my car, which they didn't have to do. Overall good seller.
