Slow to ship, 11/2 ordered took 8 days to get to the carrier (2 days after the latest it should’ve arrived. fortunately only 2-3days after that to arrive. I reached out, they really didn’t seem to consider it a problem or care to offer solutions. Very happy with the part though, price is good, very well protected in the package. As described. Next time I just won’t order something that I need soon. If I’ve got two weeks to wait on it then I’ll order from them no problem.
They must be really busy. Took 11 days to receive pkg. Ordered on dec. 2nd, shipped on dec. 8th. Received on dec. 13th. As described, good value for oem part. product was in box with one little piece of bubble wrap on bottom of box. Stem of booster poked through top of box. Haven't installed yet but I'm sure it will be fine. They have great reviews. I'm happy to have it. Everyone is busy this time of year.
