Could've used a light cleaning, Seller was communicative, verified VIN for right car/part, it could've been *in* the listing vs day later msg. Only real neg, shipping needs work! Was not packed tightly, &used std bubble wrap which was punctured, a tougher backing should be toward the item, the bubbles to the cardboard walls, and tight, so that it doesn't have movement. See pictures, box was obviously thrown/dropped what ever...and 3 punctures where it came out through the walls.
I needed to replace the visor on the driver side of my Honda HR-V and when I took it to the shop, the charge quoted to me was close to $500. Got the steering rack and unfortunately the housing was broken (IN SHIPPING) , I reached out to the seller and they took care of it exactly how any business should, they were super easy to work with and I will definitely be saving them as a vendor in the future as I own a auto shop and some of the parts are getting hard to get so used has to be an option sometimes.
