After purchasing this part, Joe immediately contacted me and we verified all information, next my item was promptly shipped via UPS and arrived within a few days. The constant communication made a world of difference. Pitstop OEM had several pictures of multiple angles of my item that gave a an excellent view of the conditions, is which is why I went with the item from Pitstop The item did get broken in transit and I requested a new item, however there was not one & a refund was promptly given
The price on the differential was fair and it was shipped in a timely manner. It did look as if I was shipped the unit that was shown in the photo. Visually it looks to be in good shape with minimal wear. Overall I think this going to be just what I was looking for. I would be from this seller again.
