My experience with the seller was positive. However, it took me over a week to locate my item from Fedex. Apparently, it fell out of the back of a Fedex truck. Fredex stuck it in a distribution center in Ct without contacting me. Thank goodness it was packed correctly by the seller. It sustained some nicks and scratches and a ear was bent some. Easy fix. I would never do business with Fedex.
Sometime items arrive missing and or damaged and then the test of customer service comes about. I notified the seller of the issue with pictures and they immediately responded with the offer to refund me for the order.
