Item arrived very well-packaged and in good condition—exactly as described, if not better. I was a little hesitant at first since it was one of the least expensive listings, but I’m really glad I took the chance. Everything works perfectly, and even the charging cable looks brand new. Item arrived a day early which was a pleasant surprise. Not quite Amazon fast but definitely superior value! Would highly recommend and plan to purchase from seller in the future...
The laptop from Free Geek was exactly as described and they made the transition to Linux flawlessly easy by installing Linux Mint! The packaging was outstanding, the laptop was a tremendous value, and the purchase supports a non-profit that refurbishes donated technology and gives back to their community. A bit of patience is required because the order, label and shipping time is not as rapid as for profit companies but the wait is worth it!
This is my third used computer purchase from Free Geek Portland. Like my previous purchases, the item was as described, well packaged, and works great! Also, they had multiple laptops with the same specs, and I still received the exact laptop pictured. That might not be a big deal to some, but it is to me. FedEx delayed the delivery twice, but that's not the fault of the seller. Highly recommended and will definitely buy from again!!!
