Item came as described, but shipping was slow. Place my order on a Saturday, and seller shipped it on Tuesday, which is 4 days (two business days). Seller used FedEx, and for some reason FedEx took nearly a week and a half to deliver... So basically I received the part one day short of two weeks after ordering it, which in my book is WAY too long. I think it could be the careless way in which the seller apply the shipping label that most likely forced FedEx to manually identify ship destination.
Best Tesla parts seller out there. We had a bit of package problem due to items being missing during shipment on the way and the seller was very helpful and commutative and did their best to help me out! Items are as described and the value is best on the market!
The price was very reasonable. The product arrived fast, which in general if you order auto parts you need them immediately. The product function as it should.
