Bought a used Tesla windshield wiper module. First one sent had a worn out bushing (common issue). Seller immediately refunded purchase, told me they had a newer one available, sent me photos of it to confirm it was good, pulled part and sent me an offer. Seller also did partial refund on new part price to match previous purchase price so I wouldn’t pay anything more..
