Please allow 5-11 business days from the shipping date to receive freight items. If a forklift is not available to unload your package, please ensure that you added liftgate service fee to your order. Residential deliveries have an extra charge required by LTL to cover liftgate usage and city ordinance. Be advised not all LTL freight companies offer lift gate services in every town especially in rural areas. If you do not have a commercial address or a proper residential address reach out to us to work things out LTL items can always be held at your local hub and made available for pickup.
