I purchased a replacement instrument cluster in used condition. Service was fast and exactly as advertised / expected. The item was more badly faded than I'd hoped, but I knew it was a used part. Unfortunately, part of one display did not work. After testing and determining it was not a wiring problem, I informed the seller and they immediately refunded my full cost with an apology. Part was as described fit perfectly for our application. Communication was great, i inquired about a part they had listed that did not fit my application and they sent me a link to this one that did!
