My experience with the seller was positive. However, it took me over a week to locate my item from Fedex. Apparently, it fell out of the back of a Fedex truck. Fredex stuck it in a distribution center in Ct without contacting me. Thank goodness it was packed correctly by the seller. It sustained some nicks and scratches and a ear was bent some. Easy fix. I would never do business with Fedex.
Product arrived as described. It was in brand new shape, and of good quality. Seller was prompt in responding to an inquiry related to shipping. Will not hesitate to purchase from seller again in the future.
