My experience with the seller was positive. However, it took me over a week to locate my item from Fedex. Apparently, it fell out of the back of a Fedex truck. Fredex stuck it in a distribution center in Ct without contacting me. Thank goodness it was packed correctly by the seller. It sustained some nicks and scratches and a ear was bent some. Easy fix. I would never do business with Fedex.
I ordered trim pieces and had a small issue with two parts. The seller was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem by issuing a partial refund without requiring a return. Great communication, fair resolution, and overall good service. I really appreciate their customer care and would buy from them again!
