Most went from pack straight to sleeve. No returns is the policy, but If the card has an issue let me know. If I missed something I will refund you. Packages ship either by Ebay Standard Envelope (ESE), USPS Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail, as is appropriate for the order. READ - Cards that ship via Ebay Standard Envelope (ESE) ($20 or less): Do not get the same level of tracking as USPS Ground Advantage. They only get scanned at regional distribution centers, not when they get delivered to your mailbox. At the last distribution center the tracking will show as delivered, but it may take a few business days to actually get to your house. Cards can take weeks to arrive, especially during busy holiday seasons. They arrive at some point over 99% of the time. Cards ship in a top loader. I have had no issues with damage on normal sized cards.. Relic cards typically ship with no issues. However, they are stiffer and can occasionally get stuck in sorting machines and get damaged. These cards are insured. If you receive a damaged card let me know. We will follow the Ebay procedure for a refund. Same thing if the card doesn't arrive after a few weeks. If you are buying a card that you want accurate tracking, timely shipping, and very little chance for damage CHOOSE THE USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE shipping option. ESE helps the hobby ships cheap cards for cheap. It's not a perfect system, but it's way cheaper than ground advantage. Your local post office may say that the top loader is too stiff and requires an extra 46 cents postage from you. Please don't complain about this. It's YOUR local post office being annoying, not something I did wrong. Please just pay the extra 46 cents. It's better than paying over $5 with ground advantage. This rarely happens though and is highly dependent on the postal center near you.
Great customer service! I ordered 7 cards in a 7 for 5 sale and 1 ended up being out of stock. The seller replaced it with 2 quality cards. Cards all came in NM condition and carefully packed. Shipping costs were competitive and cards shipped and arrive quickly. Excellent sale! Will definitely buy again from this seller if the opportunity comes up.
Card never showed. It never even showed as scanned in. USPS screwed up again. Big shocker. Seller refunded when we both gave up on USPS doing their job.
