As for the product itself, I am very happy. It replaced an older model that stopped working and this new one works smoothly and quietly. The packaging was perfect, ensuring it got to me in perfect condition. The replacement motor is exactly as described and I believe it was a good and fair value. This would have been a perfect experience had my local post office not misplaced the box and turned a simple process into an ordeal; obviously at no fault of the seller. I am extremely pleased.
