The bag came earlier than expected so that's the 1st plus but let's talk about the quality, it's top tier. I got this bag for my daughter's birthday and I'm very pleased. It came in a dust bag, receipt, a coach paper gift bag, an envelope with a note from coach thanking me for the purchase, an authentic coach card and a care note. I absolutely love this packaging and will be buying again. Oh and the zippers and straps were wrapped. I love it!
