I am not a professional seller. I just have been collecting various items for the past 60 years. It is time for someone else to appreciate what I have collected. Nov. 22, 1963! I remember it well. This purchase presents an opportunity for those old enough to also remember it well. It also gives a historical opportunity to those born in the 1960’s or after to learn more about our youngest President. The record is 45 RPM. It contains the President’s voice at his nomination, inaugural address and the oath of office. The comic book (I do not like calling it that but, that is what it is) explores the life of John F. Kennedy. His family, his growing up, his war days, his days as President, and finally…..the end. The book was published in 1964 by Worden & Childs, Inc. of NYC. The record Golden Record by A.A. Records, Inc. The condition of both: Very Good A word about pricing. Yes, I research each item to see what the going market price is. I then attempt to make my offering price 33% to 50% less then the going market price. On some of my items I do get closer to the going market price but that is only for very special items. An opportunity to add to your collection or start a collection at a reasonable price. USPS prices have increased but I will attempt to ship via the best pricing possible. I choose between first class mail (if item is flat and can fit into a standard envelope), Ground Advantage (if item requires boxing - price starts at $5.40 then is added to depending on weight and size and where it is being shipped to.), or Media Mail (if permissible). But even now that price starts at $4.63. UPDATE: USPS INCREASES PRICING FOR GROUND ADVANTAGE FOR THE HOLIDAYS! FROM WHAT I SEE IT SHOULD ONLY AFFECT MY SHIPPING BY ABOUT $0.50 A SMALL PACKAGE. Purchase more than one of my items and if they are shipped in the same package and same address I will adjust the shipping cost where possible. All depends on what the USPS is charging now.
