The product I ordered, a replacement Ryobi 40 v battery charger, works perfectly, looks exactly as described and shown by the seller, & arrived well packaged with a secure seal to prevent tampering. It arrived within the stated delivery period, and was trackable, in new condition in the original box with accompanying documentation. There were no issues with delivery! I am very happy with my purchase. The price and shipping were reasonable and the value is excellent!
Arrived timely and packed well. Items work fine. I made 2 offers per the offer option but seller never responded to offers so they expired. I wound up just buying them full price because they are hard to find. Just found it a little off putting to allow offers then not respond. But otherwise happy with purchase.
i must say, I had a issue that really was not one! I contacted the seller, they very prompt in responding, and explained to me why I had nor received item with one that was delivered by itself...
