Everything as advertised. Box looks rather rough from shipping but it is all there and ready for use. Look like maybe they rolled it end over end and split the box open and the Styrofoam packing blocks are basically Styrofoam balls and all over everything including me! Lol May need to consider a better way to pack the unit for shipping. It has a fair amount of scratches on it from where it looks like they may have slid it in the side of the box across concrete or asphalt. Only issue I have.

I am very happy. I purchased my first mini split it showed up with some minor shipping damage. I emailed the seller. He got right back to me and he made it right. The unit is running very well. A couple of weeks later I purchased another mini split from them. That sale went very good also. I have a rental and I'm considering purchasing another unit from them...... Very happy!!!!
