When I placed the order, I added a note to requesting black but received a white decal every time I try to contact the seller.I get an error message. I should have looked closer at the pictures in the listing. The listing shows the license plate covers to have smeared printing on the item much like the four that I received. The frames were shipped quickly and packaged well. The seller was good to work with.
