Seller was prompt to create a shipping tag. Did not communicate with seller. Shipping was another story. FedEx lost 2 previous orders from another seller and I wasn't about to ask for another replacement. Package was flagged by FedEx and did finally arrive at my location. The box was literally destroyed. Parts were falling out as the driver picked it up. Luckily everything was still there. Description that ALL sellers use is not 100% accurate. Not Ratcheted, no hand wheel, as expected. Seller OK
When the cabinet arrived, the box was nearly destroyed, the packing had came apart inside the box and the cabinet shifting around inside was bent and dented on every corner. It came with 47 drawer dividers, which it can use up to 200, I had to buy an additional 100 proprietary dividers for $40. Seller s emails and messages were borderline harassment to change feedback.
Good price for a brand new non-commercial grade tool. It's perfect for the at home mechanic. No instructions included, but simple enough to assemble without them. I had an issue with shipping, seller stepped in saved a sale. Excellent communication and customer service. I'm glad I purchased from this seller.
