Smooth transaction with the seller. Item delivered as described. The problem is USPS which transported this item from KY to OH, OH to Houston TX where it stayed a few days for some southern hospitality and sunshine, and then spent 2 days heading to a destination which is NY. This is not the first or second time this has happened.
