Seller has excellent customer service. The boxes are actually shorter than advertised. They measure about 48 X 13. Seller was very helpful, and was willing to refund me but I started to customize the length and width so I could not send it back. Box came undamaged as these are fairly delicate. My only complaint is the FedEx person leaves the box in front of the garage instead of putting it near the front door. Just being lazy.
