Quality of the item is okay though a plant was broken off and there were dirt scuffs on her. The tracking number was NEVER sent so I did not know when it was going to arrive. It arrived in very poor packaging. Literally in bubble wrap and nothing else. The figure wasn't even in box, it was in the plastic casing with the box FOLDED behind it. The box is now completely bent and the plastic is crushed. As someone who likes to keep the box for display I was disappointed by the lack of care put in.
Very pretty and arrived safely in lots of bubble wrap and in great condition! It’s exactly as shown in the listing, and is a beautiful figure. The tracking number did not work for me until the day the package got delivered, so I wasn’t sure when it would arrive. But the seller was very communicative and helpful when I had questions about shipping, and it was worth the wait
