Seller is great eBay incorrectly sent Seller wrong address (transposed my billing city,state with the shipping city, state). Seller refunded money and with no hesitation or argument. Unfortunately buyer and seller lost here because of a mistake that eBay made. eBay even verified that ONLY 2 ADDRESSES exist on my account and all they can say is " that should t have happened". Disappointed in eBay for not refunding seller postage.00
The items were exactly as they were advertised. The delivery was quick. But I wish the fragile light bulbs had been wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them from mishandling during transit.
