Since 1993 Hinds Figures Ltd have been buying, selling and part-exchanging quality second hand wargames figures and related books, games and accessories.

  1. The figures arrived well wrapped and on time. However, there is a figure missing from the set. I have received 10 horses, but only 9 dragoons. The advert stated there were 10 figures and their mounts. The picture also showed 10 horses and their accompanying riders. I think there may have been a packing error, there was a similar set sold at the same time. Please advise me on how this can be resolved. I normally receive good service from this seller.

  2. Ordered on 26/12 and the well packed kit arrived on 30/12. Seller was away until 28/12 and so delivery was quick. Kit is in good condition and complete. The sprues are not bagged. There are only two parts off the sprues. This is fine. Only one photo was posted. It would be better if more photos of the kit were posted in the first place. The description of the kit could be more detailed. Communicated with the seller before buying and it was excellent.
