The item was just as described. New and sealed. The shipping was interesting but not the seller's fault. The shipping history showed that the item arrived in my state, 15 miles away the day after it was shipped and then for some reason the item was shipped out of my state into the midwest and then traveled back. I could have had it a couple of days after it was shipped rather than 10 days after it was shipped. Not sure what happened there. So far these boards are good quality for the price.
Great freezer, but you can buy it directly from Home Depot for $30.00 less, and you won't be sending your money to Israel like I did. All this person is doing is charging you $30.00 to order it for you from Home Depot. Then Home Depot ships it to you. I didn't research like I should have. There are many great sellers that you can buy products directly from here on eBay. But, this seller is not one of them. If you are looking to buy anything from this seller, look if it's for sale elsewhere.
