I ordered two 40 volt batteries with charger and it was delivered on time. I felt it was well worth the value. I did have a problem with one battery the charger indicated the battery was faulty so I contacted the company and they responded very quickly to my email and we had a very pleasant conversation and they were more than willing to help me resolve the problem. they would send me out a new battery at no charge free shipping and I received it today.
