Quality is about what I expected for the price. Condition was as stated-new. Good value for the price. Appearance is good . I needed to drill the frame to make this bumper fit my 1999 Chevy Tahoe. The holes in the bumper main attachment point did not line up with the holes in my frame. Also I did not receive the clips that hold the plate lights in the bumper. Not in sellers photo. I contacted the seller and they wanted me to send photos of the shipping labels but there was not place to down load
