I got what I ordered and the seller was friendly and responsive even when I was somewhat rude with a frustrated complaint. What I ordered was shipped from their amazon storefront through that warehouse, which i very much avoid during the holidays to decrease pressure on warehouse workers, so I was frustrated over that and feel it should be disclosed on the listing.
