The description was not clear on the oven missing the rack. However the seller made it right and refunded 1/2 the cost so I could purchase the missing item. The toaster oven itself looks brand new I don’t believe it was ever used. The delivery was extremely fast!! The reviews stating the delivery boxes were extremely damaged is very true. The box was beat up but the toaster itself was not damaged.
Four Midsummer's Night refills were exactly as described and shipped quickly. Unfortunately a bad job of packaging, merely the 4 bottles in a single plastic bag which resulted in leaking and one bottle only half full.
I can not believe just how fast I received my item,I would differently buy from them again,I received good communication from them when I had a question.abd I got exactly what was advertised.thank you so much
