Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the seller sent messages that felt threatening, accusing me of “abusing” the returns system even though I followed eBay rules.   2. Outstanding effort by this seller to get this aerial to me!! First attempt, message from EVRI - 'we have your parcel'. Then nothing. Contacted seller, another one was dispatched. Same message from EVRi followed by next day 'something went wrong, we're looking into it'. I contacted seller again and they'd ALREADY dispatched a THIRD aerial!! I received it today, packing was damaged but flexible aerial was ok. This is courier handling. THANK YOU seller for all your effort!

  3. Exactly as described - reasonably priced & delivery time good. Only negative is the courier left it on the doorstep in full view of passers by - luckily I was at home checking my emails, & saw it had been delivered. I have a safe space porch cupboard, so it's not necessary to leave a parcel exposed on the doorstep. Courier didn't knock, but I was able to get the parcel due to seeing the email about delivery.
