Die Lieferung des bestellten Artikels erfolgte umgehend in einer sehr guten Verpackung. Leider hatte ich mit dem Artikel selbst eine kleine Unpässlichkeit. Diese wurden durch den Kundendienst schnell, zielorientiert und unbüroktatisch behandelt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst zur Lösungsfindung war sehr gut.
Alles sehr gut verpackt und wurde wie angekündigt geliefert. Das Ladegerät lässt sich über USB-Mini oder USB-C anschließen was ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist. Lediglich die Versandkosten sollte man versuchen etwas geringer zu halten, aber alles in allem ein guter Kauf und der Shop ist zu empfehlen.
