I made an error when ordering this item and didn't notice it until after I got my confirmation number. I quickly alerted the seller and had to cancel my order, to then re-order it to my correct address (I still had my old address in the system). Everything went well for the cancellation (it was easier than I thought!), all communication on Ebay and the seller went well and I did get my headlights promptly too. Thank you for helping me along after I had panicked.
The seller mailed the package to a totally different person and address even sending a message before it was processed this is beyond the worst seller with customer service I will never buy from this seller again nor would I suggest any buyer use this person reguardless of the cheaper price I rather pay more knowing I don't have to keep asking for this to be fixed!!
Amazing Seller!! Great customer service and great communication!! There was a problem with one of the bulbs not burning due to damage I believe from shipping and the seller is sending me a new bulb at no cost. Anyone in the market for new headlights I would highly recommend this seller!!
