Seller refunded my money immediately and apologized, said I didn't need to return the item. I still recommend the seller as there was no way of her knowing the item was damaged.

  2. Sadly, the package says it was delivered. I received all my eBay purchases and unfortunately I have not received this one. I have placed a note on the mailboxes, but I have not heard anything. Is it possible to re-order this? I'm so sad and I wanted it for a trip that I'm leaving for tomorrow.
