INSTALLATION STEP 2 The connecting rod attached to the shock absorber also needs to be removed. INSTALLATION STEP 3 Removed old piece of control arm and tie rod, compared to new fitting. INSTALLATION STEP 4 Put the new control arm main arm & tie rod fittings back in place in the same position as the old ones. INSTALLATION STEP 5 Bolt it in place and finally insert the pins. INSTALLATION STEP 6 Finally all the bolts need to be torqued into place with a torque wrench.
