Item just arrived, appears new although security tabs on original packaging were broken. Is as advertised and displayed in advert. Have not had opportunity to plug in to test, etc. Is of good quality and value. Was packaged well for shipment and arrived on time. Has a good appearance, no blemishes and appears to be new.
