I originally ordered the four pack of this product during shipment. One of the tops broke and more than half of the liquid spilled out. I contacted the seller. Our customer service experience with Vitabox was outstanding. Unfortunately, the version of the product sent was the updated version from CoverGirl in different packaging as they restructure their eyeshadow line-up. The new version is a slightly lighter shade, even though it uses the same name/number as the old one. Vitabox was very prompt responding to our communication and kindly issued a refund immediately. Would recommend them based on this experience alone.
