Everything looks good. Haven’t been able to test yet but the unit looks new as described and I think it was a good price for what I paid. Mean well is a well known and reputable brand so I expect them to be a quality product and function well. I actually bought 3 of these under 2 transactions as I realized I may as well grab the last one they had for my project. Item sold as new, which eBay states means unopened, however the package had previously been opened which was a little deceptive. The shipping time was fast and it was well packaged. The value was good and the part appears to be new just the packaging was previously opened indicating this was a returned item and not new, unopened as indicated in the sale.
