Sent the wrong item. But took care of it fairly, as soon as they were aware. Very prompt communication. Accidents happen to all of us. They promptly took care of it! Would buy from them again.
Good quality and value. Tough too because arrived in broken box via Australia Post. I think it was thrown at front door. But no damage to rail, just box. Great value too.
