When I ordered my ac compressor and it arrived with a broken bracket, I let the company know, and ask for help, because at this point, I'd been without ac for a few weeks. And in Tx, it's been steadily getting close to 90 nearly every day. They basically said no problem. We will send you another, which they did. And hallelujah! It wasn't broken.
