Still waiting on the sellers response, but box came super damaged understand shipping process with a heavy box is going to get a little mishandled around, but if I get the package early enough on a business day and don’t get a response back within two business days, it’s not showing good customer service But package came broken up and one part of the product did come bend up still waiting on results and it’s not like I could return because box is all broken up so let’s see how this works
Seller had no part in the way package was delivered by fed Xi have contacted the seller and showed him the pictures he was very supportive. Of my claim and understood, I did look at the package only a few minor scratches on the end of the case. Even though? The package was damaged. Severely seller has refunded my money and did not have to do such. He was very good and positive. Great communication. I have had a stroke and take a little while longer to get back to him.
I bought the wrong guitar case. It doesn't fit Les Paul style guitars. It's a very nice case, unused in new packaging shipped very quickly, well built, and good value but my guitar doesn't fit. The seller provided a $7 refund, said to keep the case as return shipping is too costly. I can't use it so I'll post it on the local free-cycle list and be more careful next time.
