The listing was a little confusing, but the pictures and description were accurate. The seller worked with me to figure out the confusion. I would have appreciated more details on the condition of the item *before* placing the order, but the seller was willing to cancel without problem if I had an issue. I did find one issue after the part arrived, and the seller was gracious in making a price adjustment to make it right. Seller did not notify when the part shipped, so dock guys were surprised.
