I bought this same faucet from Amazon for about the same price. It was an open box item but advertised as a new return, the box may show signs of wear. They tossed all the pieces into a plastic bag, it was destroyed. When I purchased these from jalpyo, I dreaded it. I bought them on the evening of the 28th and they arrived the morning of the 30th! One box had been opened, but every part was returned to its cocoon. The 2nd box was factory sealed, all was securely packed. Thanks for a great deal!
